Safe Schools Advisory Council

The mission of the Safe Schools Advisory Council (SSAC) is to collaborate on the development of training opportunities and delivery of technical assistance to local educational agencies to assist them in developing and implementing high-quality Emergency Operations Plans. Since June of 2015, the SSAC has provided subject-matter expertise, outreach and other resources to further the objective of improving emergency preparedness and response in New Mexico's schools.
