State Department of Education Awards $1.5 Million to Assist 34 Public Schools in Need of Improvement
(Santa Fe, NM)- The New Mexico State Department of Education (SDE) announced today that 34 public schools in nine districts in the state have been awarded a total of $1.5 million in federal Title I School Improvement funds. Each school will receive up to $45,000 to improve school performance, based on its application for funding.
