  New Mexico State Statute requires that the debt levy rates be set August 15. Therefore, it is
  imperative that the Form 955F be emailed (follow up with signed original in the mail) to the
  School Budget & Finance Analysis Bureau no later than July 2, 2012.

This information is also used to determine budget needs for debt service payments in 2012-2013.
