2016 Annual Budget Reports – Due August 1, 2016    

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. WHEN:  All school districts, state and local charters, BIE and non-public schools must submit an annual report to the Instructional Material Bureau no later than Monday, August 1, 2016.
  2. FORMAT:  Download the appropriate form by clicking on the links below:
    a. School Districts and State-Supported Schools
    b. Charter Schools – District and State
    c. Non-public (private) and BIE Schools
  3. COMPLETE: First read the instructions on the first worksheet of the annual report and then fill in all information fields. 

SUBMIT: The completed annual report and the required itemized list of instructional material purchased must be sent via e-mail to imb.contact@state.nm.us.  Put ANNUAL REPORT and your district/school name in the subject line. For example: ANNUAL REPORT – Bridges Charter School.
